We recommend a quarterly service which is one treatment every 3 months. This keeps you guaranteed year round if you have a pest problem between treatments call us and we will come back re-assess the problem and retreat where needed. Most customers prefer an exterior only service after the initial service as a reduced impact program minimizing exposure, avoiding the spread of illness increasing the ease of scheduling. The WHOLE HOUSE inside and out is still covered under the warranty. however both types of services are available. We use a combination of convential spraying and baiting programs depending on the pest.
